was a good show, and the guys have a hard time getting the info out of the guests sometimes, and Daniela must have a huge brain drian, over 50 ppl telling her every week how much they love her, and Jonny 50-oh not feeding her beer...poor girl

Couldn't agree more...

Was the first show I was able to listen to live and participate in the chat room. I had turned off the sound even before the show started, so luckily missed out on all the sound effects.

With regard to the negative opinions expressed, I was kind of expecting that and it didn't worry me too much.

What absolutely floored me though was Daniela's ability to (in addition to taking phone calls) turn all of the crap that was flying around in that chat room into a positive, intelligent and coherent summary to present to the guest. And all of this in the absence of a reliable beer supply!

Justin, give the lady a raise!! (considered adding "you weak bastard" to the end of that sentence, but it appears to have become redundant).

The chat room is funnier when you're drunk. Then again, isn't everything?

I am joining the AHA because of last night's show. Nice job, all.

So many good points made in here that I'm not sure where to begin.

I'm happy to see that the chat numbers (and the live listeners as well) are growing. Of course, you can see how more fish in the pond is going to make things a little different than they have been. Personally, I think that's usually a good thing. And before I even address the show, and the chat that went on, I agree that Daniela does an amazing job running all of that. It would be impossible to do the show we do without that effort, and I'm glad you guys let her know that too. She deserves it. Along with her ability to mulitask all that and the phones, she truly "gets" the philosophy of our show and Network, which is to let it fly. We are not, and will never be, one of those shows that doesn't allow opinions or comments that...well...tell us we suck. If I tuned in, and thought the show sucked, I'd be the first to say it too. She gets that openness and lets you guys do your own thing in there. I hope the naysayers that are so opinionated appreciate that there is hardly a venue left where you can tell the people that are working there for you that you disapprove, and they stick around to hear it. Encourage it even. Broadcast it even!!

From what I have been told, the chat was a madhouse this week due to record numbers and, I think, some boredom and differing opinions of the show. SOme of that is our fault. But, the more listeners we get, the more that's going to happen. Fact is, when you do a weekly 3 hour program, it's really going to vary so much from week to week and guest to guest, that some people are gonna deal with that and take what they can from each show, and others will never return again. Honestly, if we worried too much about that (or god forbid read the whole chat transcript...yikes!), we'd probably never broadcast again.

Dammit OZ...now I forgot my point!

Well...I like the shows that end up with a big discussion afterwards like this. I think it means we're doing our job.

All that said, we are working harder than ever to improve the show every week. Thanks for stickin with us, giving your opinions, supporting us, donating, buying shirts, contributing to shows, building our forum (your forum), helping eachother, laughing, making fun of doc, cussing at me, and being honest with us. Can't do it without you and we're learning alot from you.

Now go F yourselves :D
