I've got a fat tire clone in the keg as we speak should be carb'd in a week. the recipe i found uses 1272 yeast. initial tastes are pretty close to the real thing.I;m at work so don't have the full recipe in front of me, but one of the secrets is to toast your own grain in the oven.
