That may be true. I just don't want to deal with the hassle of finding big people equipment and like I say, I respect my knees! I didn't know you where that tall, I thought you were only like 6' 5"

6' 8", same diff. I know living in Colorado is great but I have never brought myself to hit the slopes. I guess I get a little discouraged with the $100 lift tickets on top of the $500+ gear. Plus the insane traffic going up the mountain, it's fucking nuts. I am pretty content brewing beer in the front yard all winter. To each there own I guess.

i get 50% off if not outright a free ticket. if we ride at aspen or snow mass it is free. if we ride at snow mass all your rental gear, and your wifes will be almost free. meaning... you pay like $5 per. also, we will have a place to crash and loads of good beer. all you have to do is give me a date man. i have loads of friends, industry and non, who live in the area. you would really dig mountain life. let me know man. even if im not there, i will float you a few passes.

I tried snowboarding for a week when I was in CO. Even got lessons.

It was alot of fun, but I'm not one who enjoys going down a steep incline as fast as I can with only a board underneath me...

But kudos to you!
