Happy Turkey Day! Give thanks for good beer and for The Brewing Network!

I will be brewing a clone of BJ's Pirhanna Pale Ale on Friday... it's so nice to use a beautiful day like that will be for brewing instead of hunched over my computer and messing with files...

Oh, and apparently I got my dad into good beer now. He used to be a die hard Bud Light guy, now he goes to the local liquor store and picks up all sorts of random stuff. Looks like we have St. Paulies, Fat Tire, Erdinger, and Shiner Bock for thanksgiving! *tear* I'm so proud...

I've got a week off here so I am going to be doing a bunch of brewing, at least 2 batches and possibly 3. No brewing tomorrow, but will be kegging a batch and getting ready to do a barleywine on Friday. After that a nice Southern English Brown ale followed by an old ale.

Happy Turkey Day everyone!

Happy Thanks Giving everyone.
I will be spending my day like pretty much everyone else I hope, dinking homebrew, eating turkey and watching some football. I have to bottle a stout tomorrow night. Then on Friday I will brew an English Brown ale thing. I say that because I don't know how the hop bill will make it come out. Sorry Jamile, I'm NOT brewing to style. JK.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

I'm at my bible-belt sister's beerless house. Might as well be at work!

I got out of going to work O.T. today. :D That means that I was able to have a few homebrews for TG.
I hope that all of you had as nice of a TG as I did.

Sorry to hear you had to work Lufa. I feel your pain. I've done that for years. Working the holidays sucks! Just think of the great beers that'll be waiting for you when you get home. :aaron
