Vitamin C, 2000 mg per day/ and vitamin B complex (recomended dose) and water. but I do like the Belgian diet...... :bnarmy:

I've been working on a 2 cups of water a day, and a bourbon nightcap. Feeling alot better only caughing up a little bit of blood every morning. :lol:

One of these days I'll get a brewday in between dealing with my crazy family and dying of bird flu. :jnj -Pslaps
