What does the contract state if resolution of the matter can not be acheived through arbitration?

There is no stipulation in the purchase agreement concerning this possibility.

CRBrewHound wrote:The other question I have is you stated that you disclosed the issue about the trailer to the buyer prior the signing of the contract. How was this conveyed to the buyer? was it added as an addendum to the contract? Was it disclosed in a notorized letter? Or was it disclosed word of mouth that he can deny receiving this information?

He and I sat down and discussed the fact that I had no pink slip and no Bill of Sale from the previous owner. It was his opinion that the DMV would be prepared for this kind of situation, probably having to deal with it all the time. It was essentially a non-issue for him at the time. That being the case, we did not alter the purchase agreement.
