Already put in 42 hours this week and looking at probably 14 tomorrow and 8 or 9 on Friday.
I cook for a camp and conference center. This is the first week of camp for the summer. I am cooking for over 200 campers and 75 staff, catering those meals to 3 different locations on the camp. In addition we also have a couple of retreats by various groups going on in our conference center. They require an entirely different menu prepared in the same kitchen with the rest of the meals and also catered. On top of that one of my cooks quit last week. I'm not real pleasant to be around this week. By the end of next week, things should even out a bit as I get my staff all trained.
