That sucks--nice that they got what's coming to them, though. And that sounds like a cool job, installing signs and whatnot. And good luck with the brewery job--I also have tentatively been offered a brewery job in April, but we'll see where that goes.

It's good to see there are some other grant-driven people on here, though. I've just submitted all my funding requests for my PhD--if I don't get anything, I'm looking at $90,000 that I have to cover over three years. I mean, I'm happy I even have the opportunity to worry about this, but that's a pretty damn huge amount of money that I don't have any of. Hell, I'm already eating discount baked beans twice a day.

So much for riding out on unemployement for a while. I ship out in 8 days for nashville for my new sign installer job putting up banners and such. So much for a week of R&R. Drug screening and paperwork this week and travel next.
Anyone here around the area know of any good brewpubs to hit if I get time while down there?
