I was very happy to see the standings last night. GO DEVILS!!!! (and before you start taking shots, I've been prepared to not make the playoffs since December. It was nice to watch them set an NHL record in the latter half of the season though. Just wished it had paid off)

I wish the Caps could play Philly in the first round with the way the Flyers are falling apart down the stretch!

Yeah, I don't know what is going on with the Flyers right now. They just don't seem to have any jump left in their legs and can't seem to win a game anymore????

Given that, I still feel as though the Flyers (at least the Flyers from most of the regular season anyway) match up well against any team in the running for the playoffs right now except Tampa. If the Flyers play the Lightning, it will be a very short run for them this year.

They have to beat the Islanders tonight, and then pray Pronger is ready to go for the Playoffs.

....and I would love to see tonights game end in regulation too!

Now, if we can get a little luck and a Tampa win, ZZ and I will have our own face off next week...

I really thought the Devils would come out hard to send you guys packing. The Rags took it to them good!

Guess you're a TB fan today...

3-0 TB at the end of 1.

OK, B.E. How about we each send a six pack or a couple of bombers with the loser sending an extra 6?

I'll be happy to take your extra six!

Seriously though, sounds good. I only have one on tap right now. I was thinking we exchange a couple bombers of homebrew no matter what, and the loser sending maybe some regional craft beer. I really want to win, there's some good California beer I can't get here in NY... :)
I could probably put together a decent mixed pack of East Coast beers at my local beer store.

This should be fun!

Good luck ZZ!!
