The other day I just smoked an 8 pound pork shoulder and a couple pounds of bratwurst. First time for smoking bratwurst. It was incredible! I need to do that again..........and again. :)

It was on sale and got me $.20 off each gallon of gas when I filled up. My grocery store has a fuel perks program where purchases the go towards the price of gas. I only used it to start the fire. After it was going it I only used wood chunks for the smoking.

Trust me I hate the match light stuff. If it hadn't been such a good deal I wouldn't have bought it. You did notice the chimney fire starter, right?
