I would have liked to keep Huet too but he screwed us! Word is that his agent asked for a 3 year/$15 mil contract and the Caps agreed. Then he backed off saying they wanted to see what else is out there.

Fuck him if he gets what he asks for and then says no... :evil:

I think our GM made the right move by jumping on with Theodore. Depending on which JT comes to play, the Caps should be OK.

After losing Brian Campbell to the Chicago Blackhawks, the San Jose Sharks have added an exprienced face to their blueline.

The Sharks announced Thursday that the team has agreed to one-year, $5 million contract with 18-year veteran Rob Blake.

The former Norris Trophy winner should be plenty familiar with the Sharks, having spent the majority of his career with division-rival the Los Angeles Kings.

In 71 games for the Kings last year, Blake recorded nine goals and 22 assists and was -19.
