Sucks about your AHA card though...

I love the GOT series! Just got the email from Amazon that DWD is coming (finally!) I'd love to hear more about the beers. Is there a site?

WHAAT? DWD is coming out? Dude, I need to look this up.

They aren't commercial beers, but me and another friend had an idea to come up with a series of homebrew recipes to emulate Westerosi beer. We didn't get real far, and I think the AHA website has it on there under my username (jakeridesagain). If you wanna get in on it, man, go for it. Right now it's more of a loose idea, but eventually we thought we might compile a bunch in a free e-book for fans and brewers...

That's what I did. I renewed an old number on line. I called the next day and mentioned I wanted to register for the NHC but couldn't because my number hadn't been updated yet.

Bingo, a couple hours later received an email and follow up call.

Just signed up two weeks ago and I've got my activation card, filled stuff out and hopefully my membership stuff will be coming soon.

I understand your frustration with slow service but they are good folks and do work hard addressing the issues of homebrewers.

+1 If you're having a problem with the AHA, why post it on the BA site? Why not email the AHA first? Or post on the AHA forums?
