I'll be in Provo, UT for 1 night, Any good beer bars there?

yep Utah sucks....I was unfortunately there for my 21st....to go skiing....but def bad for a getting a drink...

You need to somehow get a sponser or something...I am not really sure since I decided it was easier not to drink than to figure out how to get a drink...lol

I have friends that have lived in Provo and on several occasions would spend the night down there hanging out. I believe that Provo only has one bar and it is total shite. If my memory serves correctly the best thing they had on tap was Heineken and it tasted like they hadn't cleaned the lines in years. I wouldn't waste your time going to bars in that town.

I don't know much about Provo since I live North of Salt Lake. My suggestion is "The Bayou" http://www.utahbayou.com It's somehow tied in with "the Beer Nut", our local home brew shop. They may be owned by the same people or just friends, I'm not sure. Anyway, they have a good selection of beers including a lot of local micro brews. Don't forget most of the local micro brews will only be 3.5% ABV and the cops don't take DUI's lightly! Good luck!
