I'm just hoping that when the Giants win the series, they don't burn down Sully's place. Pacheco, ok but not 563 Second St. :D

You're on drugs. The Giants had 3,000,000+ attendance this year.

You're probably right about this, but even Justin on the Session has said how weeny the Giants fans are when most of them leave before the 7th inning.

Go Giants!

sorry Left coast but that's just not a fact. please check the stats before you spew. what I find odd is that Yankees fans with their shiny new ball park didn't out attend San Francisco. can you explain that Mister Fourthousand?

have you been to San Francisco in the summer time? it's fucking cold here. if you make it to the 9th you're frozen to the bone. the now 10 year old Death Star Park is not nearly as freezing like Candle Stick was. that place was often described as iditarod conditions. so I can't blame the people that escape to warming places.

here's outside the stadium on the McCovey Cove side. you can see the cove is full of boats. unseen are about 90 kayaks on the other side hoping to catch a ball. which doesn't happen much now that Bonds isn't hitting them here.

and here's inside 21a packed to the walls. there's a line outside and nobody else is getting in.

I could really give a flying FUCK about the Yankees!!!! Ok...so maybe I was thinking about the other team across the bay, but I'm not used to a team that doesn't have 100+% attendance, where you have to donate your left nut ( or right if you donated the previous season ) to get standing room only tickets. And according to your stats, in 2009 the Milwaukee Brewers had bigger attendance than you guys :)

You're kidding, right? You did see my "Go Red Sox" at the beginning of my posts. Ever been to opening day when there's fucking SNOW on the ground!!!

Of course I'm fucking with you guys...call it sour grapes for the Sox not making it this year. Hope the Giants pull it out in game 6 ( sorry Rangers fans ) on the home field!

Go Giants ( but fuck the 49'ers, Raiders, Chargers :) )

actually those facts show that the yankees DID out attend the giants.

3,765,807 (1st in mlb) to the giants 3,037,443 (9th).
Percentage is percentage of the stadium filled... while i could care less about both the giants and yankees i would like to point out the phillies had 103.5% filled and second most attendance behind said yankees. Seats and standing room was sold out every game this season (actually dating back to most of last season)...snow, rain, freezing rain, and 90+ days. that being said, our team took a dump in the NLCS.
