Alrgiht. What browser are you using?

Here are there tech support questions for photobucket. Maybe reading through this will give you some ideas.

Code: Select all
    * Is this the first time this has happened? Did you try it more than once? There can be 'hiccups' in the internet which will affect things temporarily. Wait a few minutes and try again, it may just work the second time.
    * What browser/OS are you using?
    * Have you cleared your cookies, and dumped the temp cache as outlined in the post above?
    * How big are the images you are trying to upload (kb)?
    * Are there any spaces in the names of the images, or in any sub-albums?
    * Are there any symbols or punctuation in the names of your images or sub-albums?
    * Have you rebooted your computer?
    * Have you rebooted your router/modem?
    * Is your security set to 'medium'?
    * Is the computer set to accept cookies?
    * When did you last run a spyware, adware, virus scan?
    * When were you last able to upload?
    * Have you installed any new software or firewall?
    * Have you added photobucket.com to your safe site list?
    * Can you access it with the firewall turned off?
    * What method are you using to upload?
    * Can you upload one image at a time?

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

OK...my images are hosted in my PBase account. Everytime I try to add an avatar I get a message saying the URL isn't valid. I've used this account to link avatars in other forums. I checked the URL and it links right to the picture. The pic is sized no larger than 80 pixels and is very low res. What am I missing?
