Re: Abacast not compatible with Windows Vista

I'm running vista and can listen live with no problem.

Chances are that it's your internet connection. You sure you are getting the bandwidth you think you are?

Some of these problems sound like hardware issues. Maybe try freeing up some resources. I never have this issue.

I will take a better look at the connection... getting a mac is out, since I just bot this pc. The old pc picked up the show with no problem, unfortunately it kept overheating and shutting down after a half hour or so. I will contact the satelite company about the connection. Sorry to beat a dead horse, but this is killin me.

Thanks,
Dave

Vista should be entirely compatible with abacast. The problem lately has generally been a winamp compatability problem with abacast. The latest version of winamp had a bug that could not connect with abacast. If you are still having trouble listening to the stream send me an email or pm and I will get it working for you.

Sorry for the delay, just got back to town brotha.

prost!

That's because you got Vista SP2, like, a year before the rest of us will...

(seriously, I don't have any issues with Vista, either - it's Winamp - I had to downgrade it in order for it to work)
