503 errors on iTunes / Can't download older podcasts

I managed to download a few more episodes a couple of hours after I reported the problem, then back to the errors again. As of this morning I'm still having issues. I'm trying to load up the iPod for a long road trip. I take it that we're now limited to the number of shows we can download in a day? If so is there a way to raise the cap for recurring donors?

It is per 24 hour period.

We're (Justin is) tossing around a few solutions, but until one is adopted, this is just the way it is. Since this was instituted I've actually had a few weeks of restful sleep.
