I was having real problems as well. It was Java and Firefox not letting me use the chat during live broadcast. I switched to Safari Browser. No more issues. At least not on this site.

New Win 7, i5 750 is coming tomorrow so I'll be busy setting that one up with all the right browsers, etc. I hate computers...
