I assume the "American Ale" and "Pale Ale" add maltiness and hoppiness respectively (most likely unsatisfactorily). If the latter were similar to IsoHop, I wonder if there a chance it could be not awful. I have no plans to buy this, just curious... I wonder if a sour version of the product could simply be lactic acid.
