Yes. If Governor Bentley signs it, the law goes into effect immediately and Alabama will be the 49th state in which homebrewing is legal. Mississippi's law takes effect in July.

Well.... technically... It is legal at this very moment to homebrew in Alabama. In Mississippi, it remains illegal until July 1st or something. That don't sound like a tie to me :twisted:
