Agreed. I use only 1 tsp per 5 gallon batch. I pretty much follow Ozwalds protocol on this one.

Milky looking beer (other than wit and possibly hefe - both are on the lighter end of the spectrum so it's passable there) just doesn't do it for me.

Who said what now? Sorry, I lost interest & stopped paying attention for a bit when you guys went off the rails. It's not the dildo mold protocol, is it? I abandoned that after I made a breakthrough discovery.
