First Brew Back in 3 years!!! (with pics)

Hey all, Kilroy your local TBN cartoonist here...

So Linuxelf with help from listening to the Sunday shows motivated me to get BACK into brewing!... after 3 yaers of lay off.

The long and short of it is that I've done my first brew back! Its the American Wheat kit from morebeer.com and white labs yeast!

SO... I tried to acclimate my kitchen to brewing... first... I won a nobel prize in duct tape work in my 1st moch up chilling setup:

Then, I assembled some of my stuff:

Note the kittie litter box... that is my parts sanitation bucket!

Finally my brother and I pulled off a good brew session and in the carboy we had sitting this:

Look at that krausen! It's like a big ole alcoholic cappacino!!!

Anyways, I just had to post cuz tonight I counted the airlock gap time and decided to take a sample to check gravity... oh yeah... 4.8%... it tasted SO nice... so clean... I could drink it flat at room temp!

I'd like to thank TBN, Linuxelf, etc... and now that I'm hooked again, y'all are screwed... I'm never leaving!!!!! :)

Dude, rawk. I gotta get out there sometime and brew with you.

BTW, love the duct tape. There's truly nothing it cannot do...
