My Second Brew

I'm picking up two more buckets for primary fermentation Friday, then I'll start the fermentation on my American Style Light brew soon after... then bottling the Premium Pilsner batch on the weekend to Monday range. Plus I think I might get a Cream Ale brewing too. Then I'll have 3 pretty nice batches done in a few weeks so that I can compare and invite friends over to try them out

the party is about a week after the beer is fully carbonated and tasting good (I don't want to throw a party with 'bad' beer)
