First course of action for a stuck fermentation is usually to warm it up a bit and swirl the fermenter to get the yeast back in suspension. If that doesn’t do it you can throw more yeast, usually of a different strain, at it. If that doesn’t work it's bad and you either live with it or got to a nuclear option like bean-o.
