If you listened to the extract brewery show, da man tells you that he has experimented with MANY extracts over the years. At the brewery they use the same malt that Alexanders is made from. I think the company they get it direct from is the actaul company that makes alexanders... and he might even use alexanders, I dunno tho, he didn't go that far into detail. Anyhow, if you can get a hold of Alexanders, I suggest you use that. If not...
