I was helping a guy out at the homebrew shop, his first non-kit beer and he was asking about what a grain would do for his beer, halfway through my explaination I uttered the words "but it will give it a nice biscuity quality."
But just for the record I did have my pants on.
Brewing, Teaching, Consulting, and mostly just cleaning...
