Very interesting - could it be as good as dry hopping ? I'm doing an IPA in a month ....

If it's going in the end of the boil or the dry hop, as they suggest, the alpha acids won't isomerize anyways. So what's the poitn of removing the alpha acids from the hops your adding then, which is basically what these are?
