Yeah, that's a high gravity.
If you see a gravity like that in the future, then don't botle it. Just let it sit for another week or possibly pitch some more yeast to see if you can get it to attenuate out.
80 is pretty high. You're going to get some strong esters, and possibly a sour taste with that.
Your next batch, let's work on it together. Tell us the recipie that you're going to be using, the volume you want, etc. Perhaps we can all help out.
