Brewing Techniques, Recipes, and the Evolution
The Session is back in action this week, as the Brewcasters welcome back to the show the inimitable Mitch Steele. You know him as the brewmaster of San Diego's Stone Brewing - now, he has put down the mash paddle and picked up a pen, and the result is his new book IPA: Brewing Techniques, Recipes, and the Evolution of India Pale Ale. Tune in for a crash-course in JP's favorite beer style - you'll hear tips and tricks from some of the country’s best brewers, techniques from water treatment to hopping procedures, and recipes ranging from historical brews to the most popular contemporary IPAs made by today's craft beer innovators.

How much hops by Niklaus, September 09, 2012
do I have to trade for BN Army enrollment?
Also FUCK your forum signup, and it's stupid "captcha" shit. I tried three timer to sign to the forum, and was denied. For maybe I am a robot, yet unaware. I heard part of this show through the Google app, and the recording cut out multiple times during Mitch's speaking. Will download the podcast later.
But in less words, thank you for bringing quality beer radio to me, and making my work days enjoyable, but fuck you for making me thirsty.
Skål,
Nik

BTW, the "captcha" for show comments is one hundred timer simpler than the forum enrollment.

Ultra session by Lee, September 14, 2012
I don't understand the ultra session ale recipe. You have an original gravity of 1.034 and a final gravity of 1.015. How do achieve such low attenuation? How does this not make a bunch of bombs when you bottle it?
