Incredible taste - meets the description by brian, August 03, 2011
I've never had Boont Amber, but I brewed this up as closely to the recipe as I could (had to sub Horizon and Pallisade with Cascade and Perle, and i used US-04). It is an incredible tasting brew. The strawberries come thru absolutely! I will be doing this one again once I can find the right hops...I want to get to the Blueberry Pancakes! smilies/tongue.gif
