Strong Yorkshire Ale
In this episode of Can You Brew It, Jamil and Tasty invite the help of writer and brewer Neil Spake to attempt a clone of Riggwelter Strong Yorkshire Ale by Black Sheep Brewery in the UK. Neil scored a great interview with the brewery for this one and brings a strong knowledge of English beer to the table to help clone this one. Tune in and find out if the guys were able to get it right.

Great Show - Must have this yeast! by Andrew, March 30, 2010
This show is great. Fascinating stuff from the interview. By the way I sent Wyeast a request for 1469 and got a quick response.

"We will definitely take that into consideration. Thank you for the input on this...If 1469 does not make it into our permanent line-up soon, look for it to make and appearance in our 4th quarter line-up."

Fantastic by Boerderij Kabouter, April 19, 2010
This is probably on my top-ten beer list. I was very surprised to hear that you were so successful with your clone. I have never even attempted because I thought it could not be done with my setup.

I also requested the yeast from Wyeast. Hopefully everyone will and they will speed its arrival. It is very easy to contact them, just click "contact-us" in the upper right of their website.

Thanks guys!!!
