His focus on experimentation and the development of CBC’s infamous Barrel Cellar have placed him at the forefront of America’s artisanal brewers. Will talks about Cherise Cassise, sour mashing techniques, unique barrels and more. Will is a a true craft beer enthusiast and brewer who started as a home brewer sharing his homebrew to get a job as a craft brewer, and 17 years later is making some of the best beer in the U.S.
