Great show! Actually followed it up with downloading the 'Draught Beer Quality Manual' for the brewers association that Palmer spoke about. http://draughtquality.org/f/DBQM_Full.pdf The perfect suggestion for those that work and listen to the podcast... notes and cheat sheet provide.

As a follow up could the specifics of a "stout" system be disused. I've had those perfect pours [sometimes] but would like to generate them myself with the stouts at home.
