Chocolate and Beer on The Session
The Session crew is back in the studio this week after 2 weeks on the road and we talk about two of the best things on earth; chocolate and beer. Tune in as the folks from San Francisco's newest chocolate pioneers, TCHO, join the show to talk about their chocolates being used in beer. The Homebrew Chef Sean Paxton also joins in to talk about how he has used it in food and beer and, of course, we have absolutely no fun at all...because that would be wrong and inappropriate. After all, this is beer we are talking about...sort of.
