Anything particular that makes a Love better than a Johnson/Ranco? I'm right on the verge of finally getting temp control myself......
Pri: Community Nudity Ale, Magician Red Ale, Berliner Weisse
Bottled: Paxton's Tripel and Dubbel, 400 Rabbits Ale, Cap'n Crunch Amber Oat Ale

Indeed, I was wondering whether there was any reason not to do this with a fridge as opposed to a muffin fan icebox. I see no problems with attaching a 120v relay, but the fact that I don't seem to see any examples among homebrewers (who happen to be notoriously cheap) makes me think that there's something that I'm missing.

Am I correct in thinking that this would work fine?

Where can I instructions on how to wire this? I'd prefer something at about a first grade reading level with lots of pictures and part numbers. I'm a little slow when it comes to stuff like this.

There are a couple posts on the brewboard.com that have it. I could read you off the numbers and which wire goes where in a couple days, sorta on lots of painkillers now and that doesnt mix with power.

You rock. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just don't mix pain killers and electricity... but I'm pretty sure mixing painkillers and homebrew is perfectly fine.

Be careful with the Love controllers if you're planning on using them in a thermowell situation, their probes don't fit into B3's standard thermowell. You can sand the probes down, or just use the Ranco instead.
