Man I have a Willamette and a Sterling that are both over 6 feet tall already.
Of course they are both 3 years old.
The sterling grows so wild that I have to keep cutting back the bines, and only let say half of them grow.

What the heck is bonemeal and bloodmeal? Is that what you're left with after JP makes his skin suit?

I picked mine up at Lowes. Should be fairly easy to find.

Do you just sprinkle the stuff in the ground around the plants? or do you have to work it into the soil?

You are supposed to work it into the soil, like 1-2" deep. But I just sprinkled it on my mounds and lightly worked it in with my fingers.

The Devil's store, i.e. Wal-Mart also carries it in their garden center. Come to think of is so does Home Depot.

My Fuggles poked through the other day!
(I said "day")

Two shoots. My Goldings is starting to form cute little leaves, and my first Cascade is quite bushy, for a little 4 inch bine. Still no sign from the second Cascade though.

You guys are going to weep when you see my Fuggles, they are already over 2' tall. I'll post some pictures tomorrow.
