Mine's tasting pretty good - hopefully it'll last a couple weeks so I can get some bottled. Grubs, congrats on DOTW and for putting this on Justin's radar. Everyone should plan on sending a bottle to HQ for evaluation.

I will be kegging this tomorrow so it should be carbonated and bottled in plenty of time. Thank you on the dotw and I am glad I was drunk or I probably wouldn't have even thought to mention it. You have to love drunk babbling. I think there should be a hungover of the week also since the next day I was useless.
on tap: horse feed oatmeal stout, brown porter, honey pale.

In Reserve: oaked imperial amber, dopplebock, imperial IPA,baltic porter.

In fermentors: Imperial stout, APA, brown porter, american brown ale, belgian pale.

Hey Grubs,
Really? Are you sure it is going to be carbonated. You know carbonation affects head retention...

Hey all... I apologize, but I'm going to have to bail on this round of the Community Brew. I've had a lot of family issues come up and just can't do it this time. Sorry.

I'm in for the next one... nothing stopping it.

Thanks.
