Yeah, I'm in on the swap, and will just make the brew deadline. Unless, I have to go to the hospital with my wife. But hey, really what's more important beer or my first born?

Like that is a valid question, we all know the answer, so when do you bottle?

You always seem to have an outstanding barley order!

holla y'all. I went into town to drop of my "keggles ( ) at the welder to have a couple more couplings welded on. (new site gauge design-old ones dont work well while pumping out). The welder is a friend of our family, so he immediately sees me and asks, brewing more beer eh? i chuckle and say you betcha. Give him the couplings, mark where I want them and il lpick them up this weekend.

While on the way home I decided to stop into the LHBS where I ordered my bulk barley order. The manager asks if I just called because the order had just came in not 10 minutes before I showed. the only thing that dint come was the 2-10 lb bags of wheat. But the rest of the 350 lbs was there. That made my day. it was $327 for the 350 lbs.
Heres my order-should be set for a little while:
100 lb-pale malt
50 lb-crystal 20L
50 lb-crystal 60L
50 lb-victory malt
50 lb-aromatic malt
50 lb-munich malt

and i picked up some misc lb'ers at the other LHBS-HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO ME :D
