So according to the poll, are there really 22 people brewing this?
I love this idea, my question is, are we sending each person a bottle or two, or just picking a select few for each other, and everyone send in for the session.

Mine has all but stopped perkin, just waiting for everything to fall, then on to conditioning. Im planning on using this cake for something else if my barley order comes in soon. Since this is my first time with the 028 yeast, what do you guys suggest for a brew to pitch onto the cake?

Last time I brewed this recipe, I used the yeast cake for a batch of Wee Heavy. Then again I have an obsession with Scottish Ales...

If you brew a Wee Heavy, let me know. Mine is aging right now and I'd welcome a swap when yours is bottled!

I think we should break up into groups of three for individual tasting just so we can taste a few examples - while also sending one into headquarters. We could have Jamil and others do a blind judging for a club champ - and have the winner submit it into an upcoming comp to represent the BN... whaddya think?
