Brew sink

After listening to the ultimate brewery show, I have been looking for a free standing stainless steel sink. Do you guys have any ideas on where to look? What kind of business sells used restaurant-grade two bay sinks? I went to a couple restaurant supply stores in Sacramento with no luck.

These guys have everything, but the trick is you need to be a distributer:

Any business can order from them, though.

I've been checking craigs list Gocci. There was this perfect one compartment w/ drain tray on the side that was there for like 2 months and as soon as I the money it was gone...Damb it. Sometimes the prices are really good. He only wanted 75 for that one.

e-bay has a few as well, but you'll end up spending as much in shipping as you will the damb sink.

Cheers and good luck, I'll keep my eyes open for you.

I wish I had looked harder or heard the show before I finished my basement. I'd have tried to find a SS sink with drain tray...no complaints though, still have workspace with 6' of counter and a deep-basin sink. Good for cleaning, fermenting, bottling and yeast starters.

No burner...boiling still goes on on deck or garage.

Gucci,

Have you looked on ebay.. that is where I picked up the majority of my SS tables, sinks etc... I had to wait to find one fairly close to avoid shipping but I did not pay over $100 for any of them. I don't know my way around cali but here are a couple down around LA.

I got mine new from eBay. You can find some killer deals there. I think I paid $225 shipped. It had legs, but when I did the basement I took em off and dropped it into a sink base cabinet and then trimmed it out...

I had friends in the restaurant business for a short while, which was nice, I got a practically new 20# CO2 tank for $50.

We live in MI. and they would go to some where in Detroit where there were restaurant equipment auctions, where I was told all kinds of equipment gets sold cheap. You may want to see if you can find a similar auction house in where ever your nearest Major city is.

I really want one too.

If you do live in MI I think my cousin still has a double SS sink for sale.
