WTH where are the normal coolers

Wed Oct 24, 2007 7:37 pm

So went to get my cooler today for a new Mash tun, WTF does no one have a 50ish quart cooler anymore? All I could find was 100 and 70... Anyone know of a store that carries a good size one?

Did you try Wally World? They usually have the 48 qt Igloo "Ice Cube" coolers for cheap.

Also it's about time for hunting season. You could try your local sporting goods stores. Cabalas, Sportman's Warehouse, Gart Sports, GI Joes, etc.

Personally, I found the "Ice Cube" coolers off season and on sale at CVS.

True.

But we do live in the land of milk and honey, California.

Oh, and beer too.

Make one out of a keg! I only lose 3 degrees in an hour and I can step mash.
