We only use that mill 3 or 4 times a year. When we do big brews, we go through some 300 pounds of grain at a time. This is the only mill we have around that will handle that volume without turning that job into a chore instead of an adventure. The guy who owns this mill also has a bigger engine and mill he is working on that we should have working for next year.
