Why use a grain bag?

Cause that's the quickest and easiest way to make a mash tun.

I was able to find a Valley Mill on eBay, and it worked great untill I put too much side load into the roller with my drill and melted the opposite plastic structure. I was pretty pissed when I started seeing shards of molten plastic flying from the back of the mill. I had some new parts made, and it works as good as new. I believe that these plastic parts have been replaced with Aluminum blocks on thenew versions.
