I was listening to the Brewcasters tonight on the internet and it sounded like they tasted a couple of my beers on the air.
About 3 weeks ago I had hand delivered an ESB and a Dunkel to them at Downtown Joe's during their radio show for them to taste on the air.
Well it took them a while to get around to it but I think they finally did this evening.
The problem is I think they got the labels switched around and gave someone else credit or blame for whatever they tasted tonight.
They had issues with the ESB but thought the Dunkel had possibilities.
Their comments about what might be wrong with the beer pretty much covered everything I am doing.
Using plastic: Afraid of glass.
Hose issues: I have had problems with hose taint.
Bottling using used bottles: I’m cheap.
Bottling in the garage: I’m a redneck.
Of the two that I gave them, I thought the ESB was the better of the two. Goes to show what I know.
