Thanks for the great suggestions. I may try dogismycopilot's suggestion and see how it goes. If it doesn't work out, do you think I can bottle a Belgian using Tasty's method or will it be too highly carbonated?

The the beer will still be over carbonated for its style, regardless of how long the serving line is. All that you'll see is that that one with the long line will pour slower.
