Proof is in the pudding. Served this at a beer tasting designed for recipe tweaking and general feedback. Grain to glass in 14 days and the crowd loved it. It will of course get better with more time in the keg, and will benefit from some age, but it's great stuff and plenty hoppy. The gravity sample of the summer bitter I brewed with it also tasted great at day 4. I'll keg that one too at day 8-9, fine with biofine and then serve at day 14-15 or so. So far, this is promising. Thanks again Mills.

Glad to hear it. If you are looking for 14 day turn around, you might be able to spend less time on the dining stage (24-46 hours should do it) then you don't have to hustle it off the yeast so fast. Just an option, but go with what is working for you.
