Brewing DVD technical issues

I am having a technical issue with my brewing dvd and wondered if I was the only one...Right after Matt is talking about the 30 minute hop addition and starts geeking out about hop glycosides, the video starts over...except the audio continues as if nothing has happened. I have tried skipping to the next scene and rewinding but with no luck. Seems there must be a glitch in the matrix

I also sent a message off from the store but was just curious if I was the only one having this issue...I did try it on 2 different dvd players with the same result.

Hope it is just me...

At 20:23 it cuts to black then repeats previous video until the end. Here's the email from JP, received yesterday at 7:01 PM...

I'm sorry to report that we have had issues with the Pale Ale DVDs - apparently some of them actually loop the video at about the 19 min mark.

We are very sorry, and are working with the authoring company to correct the mistake and get you new copies.

Hang tight, we'll update you all when we can.

An order just arrived for me last night so i decided to watch my long awaited DVD with Justin and Matt brewing up the APA

...... got half way through the vid and its all over the shooting show tried to replay to see if it was me or my computer stuffing me around but no


....... sure enough these arse hatters fucked it up

what is the go? what should i do?

do i 1.. get drunk and forget about it

2..expect a fixed version in the mail?

3.. forget about it as im sure JP had something to do with it and thats just the way its supposed to be
