Re: Secret Santa 2012!

I have the beer I am going to send ready in bottles just need to take my ass to pack the box & drop it off @ FedEx. To the person getting my box I am including my interesting experimental Saison with the rest.

Experimental in the fact that I had tons of fermentation issues (used Wyeast 3724 UGH!). Beer dried out nice & is crystal clear.

Cheers!

Hoping to ship mine out by the end of this week or the beginning of the next. It's only going about 80 miles so it should get there in plenty of time.

My CO2 ran out and I need time to carb up the beer before bottling.

I may ship mine in parts. The homebrew I want to send will be packaged tomorrow, but needs at least a week to bottle condition before shipping. So I may just ship the local craft beer portion first so my recipient has something under the tree for x-mas.

You could also ship the hb with the instructions to let it sit to bottle condition before drinking...

I was just concerned that if I did that the temp fluctuations durring shipping might mess with the re-fermentation. What do you think? Non-issue?
