Brewing a Traditional German Pilsner. Just got back from an internship with a brewery in Germany, so I am stoked to brew this beer. The aroma takes me right back to Germany!

93% Pilsner Malt
4% Light Munich
3% Carahell

32 ibu
Magnum bittering
Split Hersbrucker/Saaz/Select at 30 min, 5 min and Whirlpool. 0.6oz at each time, 0.75oz at Whirl.

Recipe blend between Jamil's IPA and Pliny the Elder clone. Not a very aggresive dry hop schedule as in Pliny the Elder and only one more grain to the bill.

Brewing a German Pilsner. Mashed in this morning before I went to work and let it sit for 10hrs. Hopefully it'll create the kind of dry pils that I really love

Brewed a Flanders Red (La Roja clone) yesterday....

then cleaned the kegorator.....and kegged a Gose that I brewed last week....then drank some beer!!!! YEsterday was a beer filled day!! And it felt fucking FANTASTIC!!!!!
