Brewing a Traditional German Pilsner. Just got back from an internship with a brewery in Germany, so I am stoked to brew this beer. The aroma takes me right back to Germany!
93% Pilsner Malt
4% Light Munich
3% Carahell
32 ibu
Magnum bittering
Split Hersbrucker/Saaz/Select at 30 min, 5 min and Whirlpool. 0.6oz at each time, 0.75oz at Whirl.
