Hello all,

New member checking in here.

Been brewing for a little over four months now since a co-worker planted the seed of inspiration in my head.

Jumped immediately into mini-mashing from the start while I build up my brewery. Just purchased a 40qt brewpot and burner this weekend and started a larger mash-tun project as well, so I'm well on my way to all-grain now. Oh - also finished up the stirplate project this weekend as well (yay for nice big starters.)

Have three fermenters going right now:

Ferm1: Trappist (Abby) Dubbel
Ferm2: Pale Ale
Ferm3: German Altbier (yesterdays brew)

I'll be seeing you around the site.
